Prices
All prices are in euros. Prices shown on the website www.tobaccostuff.net may be changed without any further notice.
Ordering
Your order can be performed by email or over the phone. Telephone orders have to be confirmed through email on our email address: info@tobaccostuff.net. We offer you different payment methods - the pro forma invoice or upon delivery.
When an order is dispatched, the buyer receives an email notification. After receiving this notice, the delivery usually takes one or two days. GLS or Pošta Slovenije will deliver the products ordered by you to the address, which you give for delivery when you make your order. In case that you want to order products which cannot be dispatched in promised time, we will inform you about it.
Delivery
The company tobaccostuff.net strives for the fastest possible delivery of ordered products. We take effort to dispatch products the same day we receive order with the exception of Saturday, Sunday and holidays. If you choose to pay upon delivery, the ordered products are the property of the sender until the package has been paid. In case that products you ordered are out of stock, we reserve the right to deliver within 10 working days. In case of longer delivery period we will contact you through the contact information you provided and will discuss about delivery options.
Delivery is implemented in coorperation with companies GLS and Pošta Slovenije. Normally delivery to the address you provided occurs on the next working day or within two days after being dispatched (For example: if the order is being dispatched today, you will receive it tomorrow or in some cases the day after tomorrow). During weekends and holidays the delivery period may be extended. In case if you are not at home in the time of delivery, your shipment will be waiting at the post office in your unit.
Delivery charge
Delivery charge are accounted in case if you choose to pay upon delivery and range from 5 Eur+ VAT. It all depends on the weight of a package and in which country the costumer is located.
If you choose the pro forma invoice, please contact the bank or the post office through wich the payment is performed and ask them about the amount of commission.
Taking over packages
When your order has being dispatched, you will recieve a notice through the e-mail you provided. If you are listed as the recipient of the package - you provided your name and surname, you need an identification document in order to take over the package.
Payments
Ordered products can be paid via bank account, pro forma invoice or upon delivery.
Incorrect information
If you provided wrong information or you want to change the shipping address, call us on: +386 (0)41 369 983 or send us an email : info@tobaccostuff.net and inform us about changes.
Returns and exchange
The buyer has the right to return the purchased goods within 30 days and without any compensation. The buyer is obliged to bear the costs that occured when returning the purchased goods. The buyer must inform the seller about intention of returning goods in thirty days after receiving the package. Please inform us through the e-mail: info@tobaccostuff.net and return the product in the next five days. The buyer doesn't have the right to return the package if the original packaging or security seal have been removed. The seller is not obliged to accept shipments upon delivery or any shipments that don't correspond to seller’s terms and conditions.
Purchased goods can be returned within five days after the filed notice of withdrawal from the contract on the address: Derma Op d.o.o., Kajuhova 1, 8250 Brežice. Returned package must contain the invoice and all related documentation. The cost of returning is covered by the buyer. In case of shipments that are paid upon delivery, we reserve the right to proportionately reduce the purchased price.
Please return the product in its original packaging. The product must be intact, surrounded by a protective foil and in the same amount. If you express the desire for refund, we will revert it exclusively through your personal or business bank account - in this case you have to provide us the bank account. Refund won't be paid in cash! Withdrawal from the contract is not possible if the product is damaged.
The contract between the buyer and the seller is saved in electronic form at the headquarters of the company Derma Op d.o.o., Kajuhova 1, 8250 Brežice. The buyer may acquire a copy of the contract - in this case please send us your request through the e-mail info@tobaccostuff.net or call us on +386 (0)41 369 983 (from Monday to Friday between 9.00 and 16.00).
Order cancellations
The buyer may cancel orders with no additional cost until he receive an e-mail with the information that the order has been shipped or no later than 1 hour after the order has been carried out. The notice of cancellation is possible only through an e-mail info@tobaccostuff.net. The e-mail has to contain the following information:

The content of the message:
- name and surname of the buyer
- address of the buyer
- number of the order
Warranty
For terms of use and product warranty, apply conditions and warranty of manufacturers.
Security and privacy
Any information provided when ordering will be used solely for the purposes of ordering products.
We ensure you that every purchase is in compliance with all applicable legal obligations and recommendations of Slovenian and international consumer association.
General
Tobaccostuff.net takes care that the website is always up to date and accurate. We apologize in advance in case if there occur any errors. We reserve the right to make any substantive changes on the website www.tobaccostuff.net as well as in general terms and conditions. Any use of images, logos or trademarks without written permission of the owners is prohibited and presents a violation of the law in the field of copyright and trademark.
The company Derma Op d.o.o. is not responsible for occasional problems with the website, possible inaccuracy of information, nor for any damage resulting from the use of incorrect or incomplete information, and the inability to access and use the information on these websites.
The published pictures are symbolic and do not guarantee the features of the product.
By submitting an order the customer accepts the general terms and conditions.
